Legacy Fresh Farms is being led by three teams of collaborative board members who are implementing our comprehensive plan for the development, operations, and management of this venture.

Coach Barry Switzer

Coach Switzer served for 16 years as head football coach at the University of Oklahoma where he led the Sooners to three national championships. He later became head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, where they won Super Bowl XXX against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Coach Switzer has one of the highest winning percentages of any other college football coach and is one of three coaches in history to win both a college football National Championship and a Super Bowl. Though his accomplishments in sports are impressive, his skills and accomplishments as an entrepreneur have extended his success. Coach has an impeccable eye for talent in both people and ideas. He knows how to communicate his vision and help business owners reach theirs. As founder and co-founder of a multitude of businesses, he brings a high level of experience and value to the team.

Mike Henry

Mike Henry founded Sports Magazines of America in 1978, a company that published team-specific magazines for several universities including (Oklahoma) Sooners Illustrated, (Nebraska) Huskers Illustrated, (Texas) Longhorns Illustrated, and (USC) Trojans Illustrated. After selling the company in 1994, Mike co-founded StadiaNet Sports, a company that installed and owned large-scale video displays (Sony JumboTrons) at universities. StadiaNet produced each live game broadcast and sold all of the advertising until it was sold in 1999 to Paul Allen, owner of the Seattle Seahawks and Portland Trailblazers and co-founder of Microsoft. Mike has a passion not only for sports but also business development and growth, and he has founded and co-founded a wide array of businesses over the years.

She often acts as the lead convener and manager on large projects where she brings together local governments, developers, and corporations with successfully captured grant dollars. These projects often take the form of combined federal, state, and local teams that will leverage combined resources for workforce development, veteran’s housing, economic redevelopment, and health services. Joyce conducts nationally recognized grant writing training programs around the United States, and her proprietary grant training system has shaped successful outcomes by training local governments, higher education, and corporate executives in grant research, writing and submission of applications, and government contracting.
